  • H1 ground clearance from center of the front bolt of the lower suspension arm.

  • Maximum difference right/left 1.5 mm.
  • Tightening torque 8.8 daNm.

Warning light :

ESC – electronic stability control.

If the vehicle is so fitted the C.U. has to be reset.

After adjusting the toe :

Adjustment method 1.

  • Turn the steering from lock to lock.

Repeat 2 times the process.

The display lights off.

Adjustment method 2.

Otherwise :
  • Use a diagnosis equipment.
Adjustment method 3 :

1 bring the steeringwheel in straight ahead position.

  • 2 disconnect the negative battery terminal for about 2 seconds.
  • 3 connect the negative battery terminal.

Gear shift lever position P.

4 switch ignition ‘ON’ without starting the engine.

Diagnosis connector (DLC) :
  • 5 connect the terminal 4 & 12.
  • 6 repeat 4 times the process.

The light VSC-ESPblinks.

7 switch ignition off.

8 switch ignition ‘ON’.

Diagnosis connector (DLC) :
  • 9 connect the terminal 4 & 12.

The light VSC-ESPblinks.

10 switch ignition off.

Diagnosis connector (DLC) :
  • 11 disconnect 4 & 12.

Camber adjustment.

Remove the front wheels.

If necessary :

Remove.

  • The bolt ==>1.

Free the clamp.

Disconnect :
  • Vehicle speed sensor.
Remove :
  • The bolt ==>2.
Disconnect :
  • The brake fluid hose.
  • Nota.

Reassembly =>1 & 2.

Tightening torque 2.9 daNm.

Unfasten the nuts 1 & 2 of the upper arm and move the stub axle hub carrier assembly until it reaches its stop in the expected setting direction.

Read the values.

If the camber angle does not meet the specs, replace the original A bolts (in 1 and 2) with spares B, C, ….

Choosen according to the rules in the table.

  • Move towards the positive side.
  • Move towards the negative side.
Formula :

Theoretical value – real value (read on the equipment).

= adjustment value.

After adjusting :
Replace :
  • The nut.
  • Tightening torque 24 daN.m.

Install the wheels and tighten them at 10,3 daN.m torque.

  • V = adjustment value.
  • X bolt.
  • Bolt 90105 17008.
  • 1 point bolt 90105 17009.
  • 2 points bolt 90105 17010.
  • 3 points bolt 90105 17011.
After each alteration of the camber, one has to :
  • Check again the toe.

  • Tighten the locknut at 5.6 daN.m torque.
