Compress or relieve the suspensions to reach the referring values H1 H2.

R1 front wheel radius under load.

R2 rear wheel radius under load.

H1 height between the measuring zone under the front subframe and the ground.

H2 height between the measuring zone under the rear side arm and the ground.

Compress the suspensions to reach the referring values for H1 and H2.

front

Z1 = H1 : area to meter under the front subframe and the ground.

rear

Z2 = H2: area to meter under the rear sidemember to the ground.

Equivalence :

Ref : 0916A = (-)9511TA.

Ref : 0916B = (-)9511TB.

Ref : 0916C = (-)9511TC.

Ref : 0916D = (-)9511TD.

Compress the suspensions to reach the referring values for H1 and H2.

front

Put around the subframe the straps 1-B/TB with shacklets C/TC.

Put in place the snap-hooks 5 and the suspension compressor A/TA.

On the compressor, choose the correct notching 2 to pull on the straps as vertically as possible.

rear

According to the equipment level.

Put the straps (-).916b with shacklets (-).916c :
  • Around the fastenings 1 of the shock absorber.
Put in place the suspension 0916A compressor :
  • The chains.

On the compressor, choose the correct notching to pull on the straps as vertically as possible.

adjustement of the rear height

According to the equipment level.

2x anchor 3 :
  • Unfasten the nuts.
  • Insert 3 / on the left side and on the right side.
  • Tighten the nuts.

On the compressor, choose the correct notching to pull on the straps as vertically as possible.

front axle

toe alignment

Act on the right or left steering tie-rod, to reach the proper toe angle values.

Tighten the locknut at 66 +/- 6 N.m torque.

Warning light :

ESC - electronic stability control.

If the vehicle is so fitted the C.U. has to be reset.

After adjusting the toe :
  • Turn the steering from lock to lock.

Repeat 2 times the process.

The display lights off.

Otherwise :
  • Use a diagnosis equipment.
